    Our Policy
- Please communicate all of your questions regarding your tattoo, with your artist at the time of scheduling your appointment. 
- Payment by Credit or Debit chip or tap cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay are also currently accepted forms of payment. 
- If you are concerned about any of these policies, or their enforcement, please call management immediately at 860.644.1021. Your concern will be resolved, and your identity will remain anonymous. 
Minors Policy
Must be at least 13 years of age to enter our tattoo studio.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo. 
- Minors, 16 years of age minimum with in-person consent by all legal guardians, requiring signature and identification by all parties, can receive a tattoo in non-private locations. 
- If you are a Minor, you must disclose this to your artist prior to making your reservation. 
- Please do not bring children under 13, this tattoo studio is not an environment for them, and they will not be allowed inside. 
 
        
        
      
    
    To Schedule your Appointment
- Please directly contact the artist you would like to work with. By providing descriptions, and details, or examples, your artist can best provide you with booking instructions. To reserve your time, and pay for your deposit, you must contact the artist you want to work with using the links in their bio. They will provide you with a link to use to schedule your appointment and pay for your deposit. Link to artist portfolios below. 
- DEPOSITS:- All appointments require a deposit. You do not have an appointment if you have not made a deposit. - The deposit comes off the final price of the tattoo, on the final session for multi-session tattoos. - ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON - Deposits will be forfeit if a reschedule happens inside of 48 hours before the appointment. - Deposits will be forfeit if you do not show up for your appointment within 30 minutes of your appointment time. - Deposits will be forfeit if you have disagreements about your design and do not get tattooed. - Deposits will be forfeit if you are not in condition to get tattooed. For example, alcohol use, sunburnt skin, substance use of any kind, or if you are asked to leave for unwanted behavior. - Service Animal Accommodation Policy- Service animals are welcome at The Edge Tattoo. Advance notice for accommodation is requested. - Because our studio is designed as a single open-room procedure area, tattooing is often performed on multiple clients at the same time. To comply with Connecticut health regulations and maintain sterile conditions, we must carefully manage airborne contaminants in this shared environment. - If a service animal’s presence would create a health or safety concern for other clients who are actively undergoing tattoo procedures, we may offer to reschedule the appointment for a time when the studio can be reserved privately, or explore other reasonable modifications. - Advance notice of service animals is appreciated, not required, so that we can best prepare to accommodate your needs in a way that meets health standards for everyone. - These policies apply equally to all clients and are based on state health regulations and ADA guidelines regarding reasonable modifications and direct threat exceptions.
